19th Seminar of Track Management
Poprad, October 13 and 14, 2022

The Seminar of Track management STRAHOS has a long-time tradition. Experts from different professions in research, service, maintenance, and management of rail infrastructure and rail transport will meet to present and discuss the results of their professional and research activities. The grant of the Visegrad Fund should aim to support cooperation at the international level between participating universities, universities, and companies of managers of railway infrastructure and railway transport. The result will be the extension of the STRAHOS seminar program with a Special Section on New Railway Structures and a Workshop on Research Activities of Young Researchers in Railways.

Field Training for academic year 2018/2019 will take place in Stare Mesto pod Sneznikem between:
28. 05. – 05. 06. 2019

Seminars for the subject BN051 – Bachelor seminar (K-ZEL) will take place at these dates:

• 14th March 2019 at 1 p.m.,
• 18th April 2019 at 1 p.m.

The purpose of the seminars is to evaluate the advances with bachelor theses and to consult the elaboration problems. Every registered student is expected to come as well as every thesis supervisor. The term for submission of the finished theses is set to 24th May 2019, expected date of the Final state examinations is set between 10th June 2019 and 14th June 2019 (most likely Tuesday 11th June or Wednesday 12th June 2019).

Seminars for the subject CN052 – Diploma seminar will take place at these dates:

• 10th October 2018 on 8 o’clock,
• 14th November 2018 on 8 o’clock.

The purpose of the seminars is to evaluate the advances with diploma theses and to consult the elaboration problems. Every registered student is expected to come as well as every thesis supervisor. The term for submission of the finished theses is set to 11th January 2019, expected date of the Final state examinations is set between 28th January 2019 and 1st February 2019 (most likely Tuesday 29th January and Wednesday 30th January 2019).

Field Training for academic year 2017/2018 will take place in Velkých Pavlovicích in term:
29. 05. – 06. 06. 2018
